1. General Terms

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdjl platform and its members. These Terms apply to all services provided through the bdjlvip.cam website and its associated mobile applications.

By registering on bdjl or starting to use any service, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms. The platform cannot be used if these Terms are not accepted.

bdjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
• If any provision is found to be partially or wholly unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

2. Membership and Account

To become a member of bdjl, accurate and complete information must be provided in the registration form. Each person may open only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to register:

• You must register of your own free will and be of sound mind.
• All information provided must be true and accurate.
• A new account may only be opened if no previous account has been closed or banned.

2.2 Account Security

The member is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. Any unauthorised access to the member's account must be reported to bdjl immediately. Using another person's account to access services is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Information Verification

bdjl may verify a member's identity at any time. If the required documents are not provided on time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

bdjl takes a firm stand against underage gambling. No one under the age of 21 may open an account or use services on this platform. At the time of registration, the member must confirm that they are aged 21 or above.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, bdjl may request a copy of a national ID card or passport. This verification process may be initiated particularly when a withdrawal request is made or unusual activity is detected on the account. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

For financial transactions on bdjl, three mobile banking methods are available: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These methods apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Only a mobile banking account registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

• The mobile banking number used for withdrawal must be registered in the member's own name.
• If account verification is not complete, withdrawal requests may be delayed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

4.3 Transaction Liability

bdjl is not responsible for any loss resulting from a deposit or withdrawal made with incorrect information. Members must ensure the correct number and amount before completing any transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdjl offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Bonuses

• bdjl Weekly Reload Offer: 30% bonus on any deposit each week, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering requirement, minimum deposit ৳300.
• bdjl Slots Win Bonus: 50% bonus once per day on deposits for slot games, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering requirement, minimum deposit ৳300.
• bdjl Cricket Craze Offer: 40% bonus per week on cricket bets, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering requirement, minimum deposit ৳300.
• bdjl Birthday Reward: Verified members receive up to ৳2,000 reward in their birthday month, 10x wagering requirement.
• bdjl Refer a Friend Gift: Up to ৳1,500 reward per successful referral, 12x wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Attempting to withdraw only the bonus amount before completing the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• bdjl reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If abuse of the bonus system is suspected, bdjl may investigate and cancel the bonus.

6. Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting activities on bdjl are conducted according to specific rules. Each game has its own payout structure and rules.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on bdjl are run using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result completely random and impartial. No strategy or system can guarantee a specific game outcome.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Placing bets in collusion with other members.

6.3 Sports Betting

If an account is closed due to a breach of bdjl's rules, deposited funds may be forfeited. If closed for other reasons (such as the member's own request), any eligible balance will be returned.

10. Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is raised, bdjl will investigate and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible. Related funds may be temporarily held during the investigation.

11. Changes to Terms

If a member continues using the platform after updated terms have been published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request to close your account.
